今年，YouTube 在台灣邁入第 17 年，我們見證了它從一個影音平台，蛻變成一個充滿信任與活力的生態系；在這裡，觀眾、創作者和品牌之間，透過真實的互動與交流，建立起深厚的連結。
針對創作者與廣告主舉行的 2024 YouTube Brandcast 年度盛會於今天登場，我們在會中分享最新的影音趨勢觀察，並解構 YouTube 是如何以信任感與真實性為基礎，培養平台、觀眾、創作者及廣告主間密不可分的信賴關係，打造出獨特的社群文化，持續帶動生態系成長。 連結觀眾與創作者的真實感
去年，YouTube 觸及了超過台灣 95% 的網路人口，相當於 1,800 萬的成年觀眾，每人每天平均觀看時間更達到 95 分鐘 [1]；而我們自 2021 年在台灣推出短影音，現在 YouTube 已成為台灣人收看短影音的首選平台 [2]。
而台灣觀眾對 YouTube 如此的信任，是因為他們能和真實的創作者產生共鳴，而且可以在 YouTube 找到可靠的資訊。YouTube 創作者透過鏡頭分享生活、知識和創意，與觀眾建立超越螢幕的連結， 因此 87% 的台灣觀眾認為 YouTube 創作者的內容更勝其他平台 [3]，90% 的 Z 世代觀眾表示他們信任創作者 [4]。此外，YouTube 也成為重要的學習管道，81% 的台灣民眾在深入了解特定主題時會選擇 YouTube，遠超過其他影音平台和傳統電視 [5]，全球更有 92% 的 Z 世代表示他們曾使用 YouTube 學習新事物 [6]，可以看見 YouTube 已成為觀眾娛樂生活和學習成長的重要平台。
幫助信任感生根的互動社群
YouTube 不但是一個影音平台，更是一個以信任為基礎的互動社群。觀眾對創作者的信任，讓他們從被動的觀看者轉變為主動的參與者，熱切地參與話題討論、積極探索新知、和創作者互動連結。例如，今年四月台灣發生地震，《台灣地震監視》一週內有四百萬觀看，觀眾互報平安、更新災情，還有來自全世界的觀眾為台灣加油打氣，透過 YouTube 即時交流訊息。另外，我們今年三月在台灣推出 YouTube 學習課程（Courses on YouTube），也是希望進一步協助台灣觀眾和探索知識的創作者互動、激發自主學習。 更重要的是，這種信任感跨越了地域上的限制，讓台灣創作者的影響力擴及全球，35% 的觀看時間來自海外 [7]，充分展現 YouTube 作為國際舞台的價值。今年台灣迎來了第一位鑽石級、超過千萬訂閱的創作者奇軒，就透過分享武術、Tricking 的短影音和長影音，吸引許多海外粉絲；而男子團體 Energy 的《星期五晚上》引發「16 蹲挑戰」風潮，有來自多個國家或地區、1 萬 3,000 支短影音共同創作，原影片半年來也有超過 2,100 萬次觀看。

交流如何透過 YouTube 與粉絲深化信賴與互動為品牌帶來成功的信任感
當然，YouTube 不僅讓觀眾獲取資訊和娛樂、讓創作者自由發揮，更是品牌與消費者建立信任、促成實際購買的關鍵橋樑。觀眾對 YouTube 創作者的信賴，讓品牌合作更具說服力；高達 60% 的觀眾信任與創作者合作的品牌 [8]，甚至在知道影片有獲得贊助的情況下，仍有 61% 的用戶相信創作者的推薦 [9]。這種信任直接影響消費決策，78% 的觀眾表示 YouTube 幫助他們做出購買選擇 [10]，Z 世代的比例更高達 80% [11]。
也因為如此，YouTube 在消費者旅程中扮演著舉足輕重的角色，從激發靈感、提供資訊到建立信任，全面影響消費者的購買決策。以旅遊業為例，43% 的旅人會在 YouTube 上尋找旅遊靈感 [12]，更有 74% 的高消費旅人表示 YouTube 影響他們的品牌選擇 [13]。東南旅遊就善用 YouTube 這樣的影響力，透過 YouTube 陪伴觀眾探索、規劃旅程，成功帶動官網流量提升 44%，旅客數成長 40% [14] ，充分展現 YouTube 驅動品牌成功的潛力。
展望未來：驅動生態系蓬勃發展
信任是 YouTube 的核心價值，促使我們追求透明、真實，並為創作者和品牌帶來實質的成果；在台灣，我們可以從高度參與、蓬勃的創作者社群和觀眾互動，以及品牌的成果裡看到這樣的信任。我們期待在未來繼續培養信任、激發創造力，為創作者提供所需工具與資源，為觀眾打造安全、有趣且資訊豐富的平台，並協助品牌以真實且有意義的方式，建立更多深入的連結。
